Must be extremely dependable, able to work under pressure, a team player, organized and work very well with others. Leadership qualities. Must be a student who is planning to return to work in the fall. Will pay at least $2600 (less deductions) – must be available for ALL REHEARSALS, PERFORMANCES AND MEETINGS and also at other times. ACTOR/Administrative Assistant/Publicist – will assist the Artistic Producer in all administrative tasks, as well as do some production related work, including possibly acting as an ASM. Will be main orgainzer of “Kids Fest” and “Writers Fest” programmes (part of Festival by the Marsh). Will likely be an actor in the Shakespeare production – must be very dependable, organized – also will likely be the “night watch” person for the tent (ideally with a volunteer), so must be prepared to spend nights (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) during the festival (July 12 – 25, but with at least one day break) in the tent downtown. Will pay at least $3600 (less deductions) – must be a returning student. Props person – responsible for organizing props for the play (possibly building, locating and purchasing, etc.) Will pay $100. Sound designer – responsible for creating sound for the play and delivering it on time and in a format that can be used in the production. Will pay $100.
